Active's combined Property product provides a comprehensive insurance package ranging from the main Material Damage and Business Interruption covers though to the additional covers of the Loss of Business Money, Loss of Licence and the like.

Our Clients can choose to insure against a number of perils starting with the basic Fire, Lightning and Explosion to the full range of perils which includes subsidence, theft and accidental damage.

The covers are:

Material Damage

Covers loss or damage to the insured property at the Premises from any insured perils

Portable Items

Covers specified items on an "All Risks" basis within the Territorial Limits including whilst in transit

Business Interruption

Covers loss of revenue or gross profit following loss or damage caused by an insured peril

Loss of Business Money

Covers loss or damage to money following accidental damage and theft

Deterioration of Frozen Food Stock

Covers the deterioration of frozen food stocks following the breakdown of freezers

Fidelity

Covers loss or damage from theft by employees of money and contents

Information Technology

Covers loss or damage by "All Risks" for computer equipment and office equipment on the Premises

Cover Enhancements

Within our combined Property product is a number of enhancements and supplementary clauses to the covers which provide additional benefits to our Clients.
